Account Settings

Personal settings for your BluePLM account.

Profile

Update your user profile:

• Full Name - How you appear to other users
• Email - Your sign-in email
• Avatar - Profile picture (from Google or uploaded)

Preferences

Customize your experience:

Language

Choose from supported languages:

• English
• Chinese (Simplified/Traditional)
• German
• French
• Spanish
• Portuguese

Display

• Theme - Dark mode (light theme coming soon)
• Sidebar mode - Expanded, collapsed, or expand on hover

Keybindings

Customize keyboard shortcuts for common actions:

• File operations (checkout, checkin, download)
• Navigation
• View toggles

Click a keybinding to record a new shortcut.

Modules

Control which modules appear in the sidebar:

• Drag to reorder
• Toggle visibility
• Create custom groups
• Add dividers between sections

Module Configuration

Each module can have:

• Custom icon - Choose from available icons
• Custom color - Change the icon color
• Parent group - Nest under another module

Delete Account

Permanently delete your account and all associated data.

This cannot be undone

Deleting your account removes:

• Your user profile
• Your contributions
• Your settings

Files you've uploaded remain in the organization's vaults.

To delete your account:

1. Go to Settings → Delete Account
2. Type your name to confirm
3. Click Delete Account
